    I’m not studying for this exam (CEH actually), but having served on a jury panel for a civil trial, the defendants we’re already proven not guilty of any criminal charges. All the civil trial attemts to do is get monetary compensation to “make the victim whole”. It’s only about the money rewarded. (remember the OJ trial).
    The criminal trial will always precede a civil trial. All the evidence has already been presented and scrutinized.

      Well, we are not talking about proceedings, we are talking about how the chain of custoday and evidences are handdled , and they should be handdled the same
