So the question I have here is how is 52 Kbps still being considered “broadband” when in 2015 the regulation was set as 4 Mbps was to be defined as the new base broadband with a possible increase to be voted on that year to define 25 Mbps as broadband? It seems some of these questions/answers are a bit dated.
