I’m not sure I understand what you mean by this question?
“hey anyone who has give ccna can plz tell me is cisco exam ques are enough or some we hav to study…….plz help me out”

But if you mean you can get certified with Cisco CCNA by just reading these question, I have to tell you no for sure!
You need to plan for your exam, you need either simulator like Packet Tracer or real Cisco switches and routers! (Cisco router 1800, 2600 or 2800 series and layer 2 switch like 2950 should be fine but if you can afford something like 3550 or above would be better)
Video trainings are really great (like TrainSignal) plus a book for CCNA (Todd Lammle sixth edition) and some websites for your source like 9tut.com!
And remember Cisco is changing the CCNA exam at the end of September 2013. Lots of changes. You better your exam before that time or be prepared for it…
      Good luck!
